External IT Project Management & Odoo Adoption
Helping SMEs implement software that actually gets used – without vendor lock-in, without luxury projects, and with full documentation. Based in Berlin. Working globally. Bringing experience from SMEs across Europe and the Americas to local businesses.
Your Problem → How It Is Solved
For IT Project Management
"Our team has limited time for long IT projects" → Big problems, small steps: Agile deliverables every 2–3 weeks.
"We need structure and clear methodology" → Adaptive structure: Combining PMI, SCRUM, Kanban, or Waterfall as needed.
For Odoo Adoption
"We need to maintain control of our systems" → Documentation as a continuous practice and habit, tailored to the business needs and methodology.
"Enterprise ERPs exceed our budget" → 80% functionality at 20% cost
Solutions Tailored to Real Needs, Not Luxury Software
There is no incentive to push an oversized, luxury solution. Every project starts with a deep analysis of the specific situation – budget, team capabilities, and timeline – to propose the most economically viable path forward. Sometimes that's Odoo. Sometimes it's not.
The focus stays on solutions that provide 80% of the functionality at 20% of the cost, prioritizing critical operational pain points first, rather than everything at once.
No project without documentation
Operations run under a strict principle: No project is executed without thoroughly documenting every solution built. Every business decision, configuration, and workflow is detailed. If the collaboration ends, the knowledge stays entirely within the company. No dependencies. No black boxes.

Key questions
Addressing the key questions on how to build a scalable, efficient, and documentation-driven business architecture.
We already have software in place; will this interrupt our daily operations?
No. Business continuity is the priority. I assist in defining a strategic workflow designed to prevent operational gaps during the transition.
By working together to map out the process, we ensure the new system is integrated in parallel with current operations.
This collaborative design allows the company to decide the best path for a seamless handover, ensuring that daily activity never stops.
Where are you located? Do you work remotely?
I am based in Europe and work remotely across Europe and the Americas.
However, a 4–6 hour time difference can block your team. So I don't work alone. I collaborate with trusted, experienced Odoo partners in the Americas. They provide support during your local business hours – while I focus on project management, strategy, and documentation.
This means:
You have one single point of contact (me)
You get coverage across American and European time zones
You benefit from Odoo expertise, not just "any local consultant"
All deliverables are digital. Time zones are managed, not a problem.
Our current software is outdated, but replacing it feels risky. What if something breaks?
Replacing software always carries some risk. I reduce it.
I don't do 'big bang' replacements. We run the new system in parallel with your current one – so your daily operations never stop.
I document every step. If something doesn't work, you have a clear path back to the previous state.
Our internal projects always take longer than planned. How do you prevent that?
This happens when there is no dedicated person responsible for coordination, priorities, and timelines.
As an external project manager, I:
- Help you define a realistic scope before we start
- Prioritize critical tasks first – not everything at once
What happens if we stop working together? Will I be dependent on you?
Absolutely not. My goal is your digital sovereignty. Thanks to my thorough documentation and focus on standard features, any qualified team can take over. Your knowledge stays with you.
We don't have an internal IT department. Can you still help us?
I become your external project manager – on demand, for as long as you need me. No hiring required.
